POLICIES

1. ONE-WEEK NAIL GUARANTEE:

  • We offer a one-week guarantee for nails that chip or break due to the quality of our service. If this happens within one week of your appointment, we are happy to repair the affected nail(s) free of charge.

 

  • If you notice any issue with the colour, shape, design, length, or anything else during your service, please let your technician or salon manager know before the service is completed so we can make it right for you.

 

  • Regular polish is not covered under our one-week guarantee.

 

  • Please remember: Nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails, and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.


2. LATE APPOINTMENTS:

  • If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment or shorten the service to avoid affecting other scheduled clients.


3. NO REFUNDS AFTER COMPLETED SERVICES:

  • Once your service has been completed, no refunds will be provided for completed services.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your nails, please let us know before you pay and leave the salon. We will be happy to make reasonable adjustments or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.

  • Once you leave the salon, it means you have accepted the service provided.

​

  • No refunds will be given simply because you have changed your mind after the service has been completed.

 4. HEALTH & SAFETY:

  • Your health and safety are very important to us.

​

  • Our tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between clients.

​

  • Manicure and pedicure kits are single-use and disposed of after each service.

​

  • Please inform our staff before your service if you have any known allergies or sensitivities to chemicals, products, or other substances.

​

  • Please inform your technician or salon manager immediately if you have any concerns about a nail infection, irritation, abnormal reaction, or other unusual condition affecting your nails or skin.


Lee Nails Studio is not responsible for infections or conditions that are present before or develop after the service.
